This post comes a little bit late…

I would like to extend my congratulations to everyone who found success during the Paleo challenge that was wrapped up a few weeks ago.  Some of you developed better eating habits and found out just how possible it can all be with just a little bit of work.  Delighted, I can report, that many of you found a new found respect for nutrition.  Amongst those who got involved, member Chris A.  (pictured in all his glory) got the highest combined score (perhaps the highest score possible ever) in the Paleo Challenge.  The mightiest and highest of fives goes out to you Chris and may you continue upward and onward towards winning at life and at diet.
